Even though only 60 people showed up for the PUMA Conference in Washington, people still think that disaffected Hillary Clinton supporters will vote for John McCain.

Naturally, they wouldn’t do that unless they like something about John McCain’s policies. (If they just ignored his policies and voted for him to spite Obama, that would be self-evidently irrational.)

So what do John McCain and Hillary Clinton agree on, in terms of policies for the future of the United States?

John McCain has changed his stance on the tax cuts, on more than one occassion.
He was once dead set against them.
Then he was for some of them but not all of them.
Now he is all for them.
